Our professional skippers will guide and encourage active participation in the sailing of our well appointed yachts.

Perhaps its just a sail to the bridge and back, a long harbour race or a series of short fun races, we can set a challenge to suit any team. Tell us your requirements and our team will tailor the day for you.  We can organise events for both small and large groups.

Sailing as a Team Building Tool

Sailing is a team sport and through this hands-on experience your group will immediatley see the results that can be achieved by working together.

Our team building exercises are set up to take people out of their comfort zone, to prove that by working together and thinking outside the box they can be successful in completing any project.

Our  events encourage and foster strong team connection in any type of group.

Our qualified instructors are trained to encourage full participation and as your group may consist of both sailors and non-sailors no person will be left feeling confused by sailing jargon or unable to participate.

Heres some ideas:

You’ve just finished a tough conference and your group needs to relax and reflect on the day. Take them out on the harbour for a relaxing sail. This is also the perfect way to entertain your out of town clients.

Your team needs to sharpen it’s competitive edge or let off steam after a long negotiation and really have some fun, then set them the match racing challenge. Your group will compete in a series of three short races on a number of yachts. Our skippers are on hand to show everyone what to do so even those who have never sailed before can take part.

Alternatively, set them on the harbour challenge, a long race around Sydney Harbour, which also takes in the sights. Divide your group across a variety of yachts for the Sydney Harbour Challenge race.

Start or finish the event with lunch on a secluded Harbour Beach accesible only from the water.
