A season at Manly Sailing

Join us for our 2023-24 season, and develop your sailing and teaching skills while living in an incredible setting.

Roles available

Share your skills and help inspire our customers to take to the water! Required (we can help you with these requirements):

  • Qualification to teach one or more watersports (e.g. RYA or Australian Sailing)
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Powerboat experience

We can help you convert your instructor certificates if required and train you in other areas.

We want to hear from you if you have experience planning and running sessions.

Required:

  • Experience and qualifications instructing multiple watersports
  • Right to work, and Working with Children Check
  • Powerboat qualifications (e.g. RYA Level 2)

You’ll be running our popular guided Kayak tours of the beautiful Manly Cove, as well as hosting guests onboard our charter yachts. Full training will be provided.

Required:

  • Outgoing and friendly attitude, with experience in a customer-facing role
  • Willing to spend most of your time outdoors
  • Willing to learn about the local area and build your own personal style for our customer experiences

For our seasonal sailing jobs, you should be able to commit for at least our peak season (November to February). Our full season runs from October to April.
