Our beautiful sailing yacht, Southwinds, has an impressive English design pedigree and past. Designed by Robert Clark in 1948, her original plans are now in the Museum in Greenwich and her specifications registered with Lloyds. Constructed with beautiful Huon Pine and launched in 1950, she would have been one of the fastest and largest yachts in Sydney Harbour at that time. The deck area comprises a massive top deck with dining table and seating, and plenty space for guests to relax and enjoy the scenic wonders of Sydney.

On board our beautiful yacht, Southwinds, your experienced skipper and crew will familiarise you with the boat and give you an introductory sailing lesson. When you are ready, we’ll pull up the sails and explore Sydney Harbour. If you’re more of a spectator than a sailor, it’s fine to sit back and watch.

There's no better setting for your team-building day than the stunning secluded beaches of Manly Cove! You'll set off from our wharf in Manly, where our experienced instructors will give you a safety and paddling demonstration. From there, kayak as a team around the beaches of North Head. After a gentle paddle around the coast, you'll be ready to enjoy a some light refreshments, perhaps a swim and for the more competitive ones amongst you, a game of kayak football before you head back to Manly.

We’ll pick you up from a wharf of your choosing. Onboard you can prepare your team strategy as you cruise to a secluded location where our Games Masters will greet you for some exciting water and beach games that will bring the whole team together. Relax with a post game bbq or dine at the Boilerhouse restaurant* before cruising home.

Are your team up for an afternoon of riddle-solving ? Then our treasure hunt is the team building experience for you. Our experienced instructors will welcome your team at the harbour and get them ready for their challenge. Onboard, your team given their first clue and it's off to explore beautiful Sydney Harbour. At the end of the hunt, there will be team debriefing and a fun a prize-giving ceremony back at the wharf.

Our race director and experienced instructors will welcome your team and get them set up for a mini regatta on Sydney Harbour. Onboard, your team will learn the fundamentals of sailing and each be given a role. All team members will have a turn on trimming the sails, pulling lines, and skippering on the helm. They will learn tacking and gybing, steering and understand the direction of the wind onto the yacht. Our skippers will tailor the level of skills training to suit the experience of the team. A great fun way to enjoy the harbour.
